    The Association for Healthcare Communication & Marketing is the primary independent network for people working in healthcare communications, public engagement & marketing for the NHS.

    Each year they run a conference that is he only conference aimed specifically at healthcare communicators, public engagement specialists and marketers. The AHCM (newly renamed to include Marketing with the rebrand) acting as a 'voice' for the many healthcare communications professionals throughout the UK.

    The conference this year is being held at the Belfry Golf and Country Club, Sutton Coldfield on 5th-6th October 2010, followed by the AHCM Communicating Health Awards.
    Now in their thirteenth year, the awards acknowledge good practice, whether it is a campaign, newsletter or strategy.
